FAQ
What counts as an API request?
Each call to a query endpoint or a tile endpoint counts as one request.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
On the Free plan requests are blocked until the next billing cycle. On Pro you’ll receive an email before you hit your limit and can purchase additional capacity or upgrade.
Can I change plans?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is there a trial for Pro?
Yes — Pro includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required to start.
